So, I follow a bunch of band blogs and musician weenies (cause I’m a dorky bando!) and I see alot of clarinet hate :’( I admit, at first when I started playing, I wasn’t too fond of it. But now I realize, recognize, and appreciate it’s beauty (because now I’m actually beast and beat two people who have been playing for 5 years, and I’ve been playing since last October [: I was originally an Alto Sax)!

It’s used in lots of different types of music and a lot of famous composers adored it.

I know that most the band blogs and musicians I follow aren’t following me, but some are. And I’m hoping that they’ll see this and sthu(:

P.S. Yes, the clarinet can be played VERY loud. I am proof. But maybe that’s just because I marched sousaphone last year… Oh well. Lungs of steel!
